  • Google for Nonprofits offers free access to Workspace. This includes Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, Forms, Sites, and more.

Microsoft 365 for Nonprofits​

  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium is available for up to 10 users for free. This includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.
  • Microsoft 365 Business Basic is also available for up to 300 users for free.

  • Github Pages allows you to host a static website for free. You can use a custom domain name or use a free github.io domain.

Netlify​

  • Netlify allows you to host a static website for free. You can use a custom domain name or use a free netlify.app domain.

  • Cloudflare Pages allows you to host a static website for free. You can use a custom domain name or use a free pages.dev domain.

Vercel​

  • Vercel allows you to host a static website for free. You can use a custom domain name or use a free vercel.app domain.

Firebase Hosting​

  • Firebase Hosting allows you to host a static website for free. You can use a custom domain name or use a free firebaseapp.com or web.app domain.

Oracle Cloud​

  • Oracle Cloud offers a free tier that includes 2 AMD virtual machines with 1/8 OCPU and 1 GB memory each. You can use these to host a website or other services.
  • Requires a credit or debit card

Amazon Web Services​

  • AWS offers a free tier that includes 750 hours of EC2 compute time per month for the first 12 months. You can use this to host a website or other services.
  • Non-profit associations can get $1000 AWS credits per year through Techsoup.fi for a 93 € administrative fee.
  • Requires a credit card or debit card

Microsoft Azure​

  • Azure offers a free tier that includes 750 hours of B1S virtual machine time per month for the first 12 months. You can use this to host a website or other services.
  • Eligible non-profit associations can receive $3500 worth of Azure credits per year (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/nonprofits/offers-for-nonprofits).
  • Requires a credit card or debit card

Communications​

Mailjet​

Mailjet allows for sending newsletters and other mass emails. It has a free tier that allows for sending 200 emails per day or 6000 per month with unlimited contacts.

Mailchimp​

Mailchimp allows for sending newsletters and other mass emails. It has a free tier that allows for sending 1000 emails per month with up to 500 contacts.

Telegram​

Telegram announcement channels are a great way to reach a large audience. You can create a channel for your association and invite members to join. You can then post announcements to the channel and members will receive them as notifications on their phones. You can also create a public link for the channel and share it on your website or social media.
